These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all applications (mobile and web) and websites provided by Wromo (hereby referred to as the "Application" or "Service"), created by Iulian Ghepes ("Service Provider").
By using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or attempts to extract the source code are strictly prohibited.
2. Service Modifications and Availability
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring the Application is as efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the Service, update it, or charge for its use at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
3. User Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and account access. The Application requires an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any malfunction caused by a lack of network connectivity or any data charges incurred from your network provider.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services (such as Google Cloud, Vercel, Cloudflare, Contabo, and GitHub) for hosting, routing, and backend functionality. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of these external platforms. Your use of these third-party features is subject to their respective Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the Application. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update our Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Information Collection and Use
To provide and improve our Service, we may collect certain information, including but not limited to:

Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services Terms, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Google account:
- We only use access to read, write, modify, or control API service Like Gmail message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
- We will not transfer this data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
- We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
10. Wromo API Services Terms
Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Wromo APIs will adhere to the Wromo API Services Terms, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your wromo account or code data:
- We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: PIN Login message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
- We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
- We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
11. Vercel Services Terms
Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Vercel APIs will adhere to the Vercel API Services Terms, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Vercel account or code data:
- We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
- We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
- We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
12. Cloudflare Services Terms
Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Cloudflare APIs will adhere to the Cloudflare API Services Terms, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Cloudflare account or code data:
- We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
- We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- We will not use this data for serving advertisements.

13. Contabo Services Terms
Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Contabo APIs will adhere to the Contabo Services Terms, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Contabo account or code data:
- We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
- We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- We will not use this data for serving advertisements.

14. Github Services Terms

We retain User Provided data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. If you wish to delete your data, please contact us directly.
17. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of these changes.
