Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Google account (e.g., via Gmail OAuth):

• We only use access to read, write, modify, or control API service Like Gmail message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
• We will not transfer this data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

3. Wromo API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Wromo APIs will adhere to the Wromo API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your wromo account or code data:

• We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: PIN Login message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
• We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

4. Vercel Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Vercel APIs will adhere to the Vercel API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Vercel account or code data:

• We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
• We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

5. Cloudflare Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Cloudflare APIs will adhere to the Cloudflare API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Cloudflare account or code data:

• We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
• We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

6. Contabo Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Contabo APIs will adhere to the Contabo Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Contabo account or code data:

• We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
• We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

7. Github Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Wromo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Github APIs will adhere to the Github Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, when you connect your Github account or code data:

• We only use access to read, write, modify, or control, Example Like: message bodies, metadata, or headers to provide the automation features within the Application.
• We will not transfer data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We will not use this data for serving advertisements.
• We will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

The Application collects information when you use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The operating system or browser you use on your device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your device.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information (such as email or login data). The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can stop all collection of information by ceasing to use the Service, revoking OAuth permissions from your Google Account settings, or by deleting your account from our dashboard.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@wromo.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (support@wromo.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
